Perfect!!! Great Page!!! Scott Joplin isn't very popular in my country but I like his great rags! Thank you!
I came here so you'll come to MY homepage, and the truth is, I haven't even looked at your page yet. If you don't I'll be very upset and I might even cry. I like to drive my car fast - want to know about the animals I've hurt or killed? i've killed at least one snake, maybe two with my car, and then one cute little bunny rabbit. and i think that's all. oh yeah, and did i say that i hit a cow before? he ran off so i don't know if he was hurt i mean she was hurt but or wait, maybe it was a bull but i was going 40 mph and dented my car. so those are the animals i've hurt.
JUST HAVING A LOOK AND ENJOYING WHAT I HEAR

Your site is really original
Coming across this page made my day. K.C.
I love the page but I just don't understand why I can't download some of the ragtime pieces. Otherwise...great job!
great site, i really appreciated the sheet music. My son is heavily into playing scoot joplin rags and this was great to have. Keep up the good work! Thanks again.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!
Jeff, you just made my day! This is the most ENJOYABLE site I've found todate. I've been a Joplin fan for years and play about a dozen or so of his creations on my piano (not as professional as yours). I'm 67. Retired to Westport two years ago from Seattle. Was an electronic engineer for 200+ years. I love retirement and Westport. Enjoy fishing, camping, music, civic activities and my computer. Again let me say THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU. I'll be back again and again.
My daughter shares the same birthday as Scott Joplin
Thanks! I just keyed in joplin+midis and there you were! Exactly what I wanted.

This place is excellent!!
At last a quality MIDI site. Didnt think they existed!
please post as many midi files as possible, or offer for sale on disks.
I took a looka round and loved your site.. Visit http://www.yesic.com/~ralpy/ ,my site, and sign my guestbook!
Nice collection, thanks!
My wife is a Joplin fan so I downloaded your zip files for her.
I really enjoyed browsing through these selections. I collect antique telephones and memorabilia and play ragtime as a hobby. I have a book of Joplin's works with a great narrative as a forward. You might want to include this in your web page if it is not already here. Best regards!
Hi
FANTASTIC! GREAT! INCREDIBLE! I play piano and have a new-found respect for ragtime. Joplin's work is as complex in chord structure and beautiful in melody as any composition written by Chopin, Liszt or Debussy. Your wonderful PDF files of the music confirm what we hear in the MIDIs. Thank you. I came across this site helping my son with a homework project. I'll be back for ME next time. My only suggestion: MORE, MORE, MORE!
I just happened to come across your page when I was searching the net for information on Scott Joplin. Thanks for the information and I really enjoyed visiting.
First time I visited but I immediately "Bookmarked" you. Give me some time to listen and thank you.
SO happy I found this and other ragtime pages!. I absolutely love ragtime music - mother used to play it when I was a little girl - and I have loved it ever since. I do believe it can lift the spirits of the most downhearted person in the world and you canNOT keep still when it is playing. Thanks!!
My grandson just did a report on Scott Joplin and we helped him by using the Scott Joplin biography page . It helped allot He said . We orderd him a book about Scott Joplin just the other day .He playes the piano . He played a modified version of the Maple Leaf Rag. I love piano and love your page .I cant wait for you to have your sheet music done so I can studie it and have my grandson play it for me. Thank You.
Hi Jeff! Had a real nice browse. I'm relativeely new to the ragtime scene. I've been to my first festival--the Lake Superior Ragtime Society here in Wisconsin has annual festival up i Superior, Wi. It was a real treat for me. I had been buying Sue Keller's CD's and some of her sheet music and at the festival this past September I got to meet her in person and see her play live. I also saw Bob Milne, Bob Darch, and Charles B. Davis...and a load more of very talented individuals who love ragtime piano. Well, so what does this have to do with signing your guest book? Thank you for providing a website that offers ragtime for the surfers. I've visited others and every time I hear ragtime I fall in love with it all over again. Do I play? I'm working on it. Seriously, I'm taking lessons after being away from the keyboards for about 20 years. It's going well but I've got a ways to go yet. Hope I didn't use too much of your guest book up! Jim
Sweet and unvarnished renditions. What a treat to find this page out here in the howling wilderness of the Web.
I like the Scott Joplin s ragtimes very much!
I am a 61 year old granny who is still in the process of "becoming". I am doing a project for a class In lit., art and music at the local community college. By the way, I saw the show "Ragtime" in Washington D.C. last May. Thanks for the info on Joplin. Carol Saville
Thanks for the Scott Joplin Midi files. (Your a Hero)!!
My favorite pieces would be the Entertainer, and Maple Leaf Rag. Also, this is a really cool site, one of my favorites!!!! Thanks a lot!!
.
Found this midi music from a friend of mine this night. Am still listening and will be for the future.
I love midi-files
too new to computers and sound cards to make much comment... looks like a great sight-
I really enjoy the work that you have done. I was able to see the first two pages of the sheet music and was able to print out the title page but not the music. I will try again on another song. The one I tried to print was the Maple Leaf Rag. I should have seen a total of 4 pages. Thanks, Ray Aires
Long time ragtime fan, nice web site, Any plans to post sheet music in pdf format? I'am looking for a copy of Magnetic Rag. I also collect player/reproducer pianos (4) and always looking for more rolls. My current quest that brought me to your web site, was to try to find the sheet music for a 1923 song by Lil Hardin called Sweet Lovin Man. It is long out of print and not available. Do you know of any on line antique sheet music sites? Doug
Honest to Allah, out of the blue I decide to see if I can find some Scott Joplin music on the Web. Well, well, well, Jeff Person...
You've gat a great selection and some very noce versions of Joplin's rags. I'm listening to them while I'm doing my work, as a criminal/juvenile defense attorney.
a great website. Enjoyed it a lot. Thanks.
Great Music. I have always enjoyed Ragtime....
You need more information on the life and career of Scott Joplin. I'm trying to do a report on him, but I can't find enough info.
I enjoyed so much your work so I'll come back visiting your pages. Hear you soon!
A truly excellent site: exactly what I was looking for! Thanks for all the hard work.
Great Work, Keep It Up.
Nice site! Used it to get a feel for the music before trying to learn to play it on the piano. Thanks for the efforts.
first time interesting
I "play" the QRS roll of Maple Leaf on my 1911 Steinway foot-pump player. Supposedly the roll was made by Mr. Joplin himself. What can you tell me about that funny little "smudge" that he throws (a couple of times) at the bass notes? Nobody else ever seems to play it. (I can see why, it's sort of jolting and I tone it down.) Anyhow, it intrigues me. Any thoughts on the subject?
I downloaded and checked out the Joplin works. That is a very nice collection. I'm sure that I will enjoy listening to them over the winter on dark cold days. Thanks loads for your time and effort. John
Just browsing
Great site. Thanks, Fred
Keep up the great work on a terrific site. It's nice to find quality work, evidently done for the joy of the man and the music.
I have no idea what you are talking about.
Wonderful site you made!!!!
Your archive has helped me with my music report. thank you very much
Great Webpage, Thanks!
No suggestions, just gratitude for you people who energize the Internet. My primary music is the Artgentinian tango, of which I have over 1400 titles (plus the usual 45% dupes, of course) but,
This is excellent. Thank you.
Brilliant...Once I realised I needed to view with Netscape instead of Explorer. I am a big fan of Joplin and attempt very poor renditions of his pieces on my piano (The joy of my life, a 6' 2" Bluthner).
Just overwhelmed to find the COMPLETE Scott Joplin! The Midi's sound fantastic and the files are wonderfully small! You've done a great job here. I can't leave until I've heard everything, so I may be here all night!
None
Great site!
I love Scott Joplin's music, and I'm only 12! I'm so glad I found your site, because I'm doing a project on music composers and singers/players.
Wonderful web site!
Love your site! These are the best quality of midi files I have run across in quite awhile. I am envious of your obvious talent for the keyboard. I have always been a fan of Scott Joplin's music, it is great fun to listen to. Keep up the good work!
.
Just arrived - looking good so far Michael
Lets have some more sheet music. That stuff doesnt look so hard...... for me to play. Maybe in a month I would feel comfortable. I will give it a try. That is, the Great Rush Collision March. Thanks for the opportunity. And about you being little lonely you...well that nice lady cant be your sister, huh?
Can you tell me if there are recordings of the complete work of Joplin? I'm very anxious to have his complete work. Best greetings, Albert van Bergen
Hey, I had never thought that i would find a page with SCOTT JOPLIN MIDIS! ITS GREAT!! IMPOSSIBLE!! COOL STUFF!!
Hi, nice homepage! Keep up the good work! Don't forget to visit my homepage too and sign my guestbook!
.
Jeff, thanks for wonderful files--you are right about "A Real Slow Drag"--what a delight! Some Ph.D. candidate has a thesis tracing the possible influence of Chopin on this piece, especially in the bridge section (never me, tho--I'm no scholar.) Didn't have time to browse/download everything but I'll be back--thanks so much for sharing all this good work jm
O.K. Jeff, I like your file. Now I will visit your home page. Bdkeyboard.
Nice page and collection of tunes. I like it. Thanks, Chuck
Enjoyed visiting your page and Ragtime collection. I'm hooked on Jazz/Ragtime/Blues as first pref.music . I work in the electronics/computer/communication area ( I actually design embedded systems most of the time). I'm 42, married when at your age,(Hey cool it, I ain't suggesting anything!!) and have an inseparable companion in my wife and generally very happy with everything. (I dont watch too much TV news!!!) I'm happy to be signing your guest book. It already makes you familiar in my head, so to say! Wishing you and your girlfriend a great time and all the best. Bye//GL
Great music, wonderful Page!
THANKS A LOT. SURE APPRECIATE THE MIDI's...
Love your site, nice to see that some people still appreciate Rag time. I plan to visit your site now that I know that it exists. I know of another ragtime fanatic and will try to send him to your page when I see him online again. Sorry there is too much netabuse out there for me to hand out my email any more. Many thanx -willy-
